Varsity Management started in 1963 with a handshake deal between friends on a single property located in Ann Arbor.

 

Today, we are still a family-owned local small business. Operated by a second generation of University of Michigan alumni, now raising a third, we completely understand a student’s desire for quality housing at a good price in a great location.

 

Varsity manages 38 properties near University of Michigan Central Campus – ranging from restored Victorian homes to fully remodeled modern apartments.

 

Though the business itself has changed a great deal since we first opened our doors those many years ago, one thing has remained the same: our dedication to providing an exceptional housing experience that is always characterized by welcoming, personalized, and efficient service in order to maximize student success at the University of Michigan.
